CSVDE import of UDG fails with Constraint Violation error

I have created a CSV file for testing with CSVDE. Goal is to bulk create Universal Distribution Groups in AD. My original template to create Domain Dist Groups works flawlessly. My test file doesn't. I realize the groupType controls the type of group, 2 = Domain & 8 = Universal.  I've tried all of them to no avail. I can't find anything remotely helpful on this failure. I don't want to manually create 50+ groups! I can supply both files for comparison if needed.

The error is:
Add error on line 2: Constraint Violation
The server side error is "The name reference is invalid."
0 entries modified successfully.
An error has occurred in the program

If anyone knows of a better method, utility, etc, I'm all ears as I've run out of patience with this.Start Free Trial
