Accessing the shares on the XP machine from the 2000 works as normal. However, trying to access shares the other way round makes the windows explorer hang when attemping to view the 2000 shared folders.
Previously this problem did not exist.
The setup is a simple peer to peer arrangement. The XP machine can access shares on other 2000 machines fine. So the problem lies on the windows 2000 machine.
