Yes you can have wireless VPN access. However I don't know if you can use your vpn router to connect to your work VPN. I don't have any experience with that. Assuming that you have an Internet connection, you could use your VPN router just as a router and have your wireless access point broadcast your internet connection throughout your home. Then you can use a VPN client on your PC to connect to your work VPN. I am in the process of researching the Linksys VPN router, so if this isn't helpful, let me know and I will try to post a solution using the VPN router.

That is the website of the Users manual for the Linksys VPN Router BEFVP41. Check out Page 29 in the manual. It talks about using the VPN router to connect to another VPN. Basically you have to determine the ip address and security information that your work VPN requires to connect and enter that information into the VPN setup page. Once you have made your connection to your work VPN, you should only have to plug the WAN port of the Wireless access point into one of the 4 ports on the VPN router. That should broadcast your wireless VPN access throughout your house. Let me know if you have questions.

So the VPN router is at work, and the Linksys WAP54G is at home, am i right? One thing to remember about access points is that they do not perform the same functions that routers do. Typically wireless access points just turn the wired signal into a wireless signal with no routing involved. Let me know if I understand the question.
