2003 Server Event Error ID 8003 Master Browser recieves announcemnets from other computers that believe they are the MB?
On my 2003 Domain Controller I recieve the following error messages:

Event ID: 8003
The master browser has received a server announcement from the computer computer1 that believes that it is the master browser for the domain on transport NetBT_Tcpip_{8F363FB4-5C48
This happens constantly from different computers. It seems to only come from winxp Pro clients. I get about 20 error messages every day.
This has been going on for some time - I have not seen any problems caused by it, but I would like to take care of the error messages.
