Pointer Question: DHCP Client: Access Denied - Win2k3 Server

New Win2k3 Server on Win2k network. DHCP Client Service will not start, gives 'access denied' error. Please see full question and leave comment/suggestions at:

if you could upload the system eventlog(from the server) that can help our cause.As I have seen this issue before .

Thanks for the reply. We were finally able to get DHCP client to run by promoting the W2K3 server to the operations master. Then we had to go through some steps, including those above to get the permissions correct on Network Service.
