After successfully changing password, Outlook prompts to change password again.

I have a user that successfully changed their domain password after receiving an expired password prompt.  They did not log out to change the password.  After a few minutes Outlook 2003 prompts them to reset the domain password again.  What would cause this and how do I solve the issue?Start Free Trial
