So my end goal is to copy a .bmp file from a share on my domain controller to the local c:\ of each computer and set this .bmp file as the wallpaper.
I've gotten a VBScript that will copy the file but the user does not have permission to create a file on the C:\ drive.
So is there a way to run login scripts or VBScript commands as administrator?
or
Is there a better way for me to copy a file to computer via Group Policy?

This makes no mention of Windows XP. I am trying to install on Windows XP Pro machines and need to run the MSI with elevated privileges.

no, the logon script run in the user context with the accociate user permission
