this is how to set the priority of a proccess while running but what i am asking about is how to set the priority permenantly, that is i have the "Rtvscan.exe" i want to make it always low ?

how i can set the priority of some proccesses on the startup?
I have windows server 2000, I need a way to the priority of some processes on startup not on the task manager in the processes tap and then right click and set priority, but i need another method so i can set the priority of some processes on the startup not while working.
