Logging to the Domain

I have 30 Pc's all on same subnet, im having an issue on one PC, when rying to login to the network it says domain controller is down or unavailable, or because you account is not found.
it pings the server and some pc's and times out with pinging others pc's,
ipconfig/all  seems to be fine, same as other pc's.
i can ping this PC from other PC's.
when connecting locally as an admin i can connect to the internet.
any idea?
