PXE boot to ADS/VSMT server hanging at TFTP.

Hi Experts,

I am trying to migrate a physical server to a virtual server (Virtual Server 2005 r2) using VSMT and ADS.  I have ADS, VSMT, and DHCP installed on the same Windows Server 2003 Enterprise SP0 server, and Virtual Server 2005 r2 on another Server 2003 Ent SP2 box (which is set as a controlled and connected device in ADS).  I have done all the script generation, and am attempting to run the machinename_capture.cmd on the ADS server.  Once run, the job comes up in ADS, and the command prompt tells me to boot the source machine to PXE.  The source machine is a Windows Server 2003 Ent SP2 box with a 3com 3c905c-tx network card.  Since this card doesn't support PXE boot, I am using a RIS disk that I made by running RBFG.exe (the 3c905c-tx is in the list of supported cards).  Once I reboot the source machine with this RIS disk in, I see;

Node: XXXXXXXXXXXX (the MAC of the 3c905)
DHCP:....
TFTP:.................................

And thats it.  It just hangs there.  I checked my DHCP server on the ADS box, and it is handing out an IP, and has option 60 set to PXEClient.  I also ran a netmon on the ADS server while this is happening, and I do see TFTP packets being sent and received, but only for a short time.  Any ideas?  I am really desperate guys, any help would be very welcome.
