VPN : Not able to access machines even though ports are open

Hi,

Here is a very urgent problem I'm experiencing.
I have a multi-sites network with CheckPoint VPN-1.
The head office has the main firewall and each office a sofaware appliance.

Normally, users use remote desktop to access applications on an application server at the head office.
This morning, everything worked as usual, except for one but one.
Connections using SecureClient still work.

I can log on remotely to this affected office fine using VNC but not remote desktop either.
From theirt network, I did an nmap -P0 on the main office application server and I can see that 3389 is opened and visible.

I did a wireshark scan available here : http://img142.imageshack.us/my.php?image=wiresharkpw5.jpg
It seems to work at first, but then I get lost packets.
192.168.1.60 is the application server
192.168.3.104 is a workstation I've accessed for my tests in the affected office.

We rebooted the sofaware appliance several times, the router as well, etc, but nothing makes it work better.
No updates were made to the rules or to any server or workstation in the recent days.

Thanks a lot for your help.Start Free Trial
