On Sunday morning I went to browse the web but it was not working. There had been terrible thunder and lightning and my Belkin Wireless Router (FSD7632-4) is always switched on.. The telephone light on the router was flashing so i assumed it was a problem with the broadband or something. After I tried to connect to the internet with the modem provided with tiscali broadband that worked. I then thought it was a problem with the router so I tried resetting the router but now the router isn't picking up the computer. (A light on the front of the router signifies that a computer is connected) I have tried another belkin router too but that is the same, I have tried another network cable and it still doesn't work.
My question is this - Is it possible that the thunder and lighting would have broke my router and at the same time frazzled my network port/card in my PC?
