server service stalls on boot up - Vista Home Premium
When I boot up and am connected to the LAN it takes around 15 minutes to connect to the internet. I have found that the C:\Windows\system32\svchos

I was instructed to post to the networking section to see if I can gain some further insights to this problem and more importantly resolve this issue which has plague me for a few months now.
