How to Split Traffic Between Cards in Windows 2003 Server

Asked by drotkopf in Windows Networking, Network Management

Hi Experts,

I have an HP DL360 with 4 NICs. 2 are configured as a team. I want to split traffic between the NICs. The server will be used for SQL, plus as a file server (using network shared folders to read/write files).

First question: can I split traffic? How?
Second: How is better? Incoming/Outgoing? Or SQL related / Non-SQL related?

I also have a Speech Recognition server running Nuance 8.5 engine. Also 4 NICs. 2 are configured as a team. Same question.
