Monitor network traffic

I am looking for software to monitor network traffic free and paid. at times our network and internet traffic gets very slow. When I use speakeasy speed test for internet connection I get 3 to 3.3 mb, we have a 4mb connection so that should be about good. need to find out what network PC are taking all the bandwitdh...Start Free Trial
