netop uses port 6502.
If you use your firewall to block that port except for the specific IP.
Then you probably got what you want.

Don't you have user account/pwd to control the connections ? If you mean by certain computer only , are you implicating IP/mac address filter?
Is there a firewall between the users and netop server? If yes why not use the firewall to do some mac filtering to meet you requirement. Other than that all i can think of install a software firewall on the netop server , use connection filtering of the firewall etc.
