It may be that after joining the domain some critical permissions were changed. There is an issue where this occurs with Vista. See the following in the link below:
"For the DHCP Client service, the issue may occur if the "NT Service\DHCP" account does not have the necessary permissions for the following keys:"

If it were a domain setting, the startup type of that service would not be "automatic". Is it?
Did you start the services.msc elevated? You have to.

Sorry I don't have any other suggestions. It seems this issue is somewhat common, but in each case the suggested fix is to make the registry permissions changes outlined in the link I provided. It also makes sense where you are getting an access denied error.
You could try running Sysinternals regmon to see which registry keys are being accessed. It will show which if any reg key permissions fail, but there is a lot of data to sort through.

No failures at all, that is odd.
Sorry, I have no other ideas. I am very interested in the solution and did a lot of research. Although the issue is quite common, the only 2 solutions seem to be the registry changes and reformatting the machine.

Simpson, your screenshot shows about 0,00000000001% of the whole log. You could save that log, rename it to log.txt and upload it here. Please add the exact times when the error is happening.

Dear All

Let me explain, We use windows XP Pro for long long time almost 7 Year with windows 2000 Adv for AD, But last year we have 3-4 set of pc with Vista (Business), all of this pc after trust domain dhcp client can't start, I'm try to reinstall vista and re-trust domain again. It sitll face with same problems. That time I'm giveup to down grade to windows XP Pro, But now We have to looking for Windows Vista (Business) for future. So I'm really wan't to solved this problems,

At first time I'm think that the root cause of the problems came from we use windows 2000 Adv for AD, But at our Warehouse also have Windows 2003 Std Server for AD this AD not joint with office, I'm try to trust to windows 2003 Std and problems happen again, So I'm think the root cause is not come from OS for Windows Server.

From your information point to permmision to access registry, I'm try to set one by one as Microsoft web site comment. But still can't work, Now I'm let our Client to use by Static IP "For Now".

But the problems not only DHCP Client not start.  when user work for while 1-2 Weeks, when they login to their profiles. "Normally all user keep profiles at local pc" but one day they login all the thing gone.
All data disapper seem like vista can't find user profile then they try to recreate new profiles, so every this is new, no email, no program setting notthing left, I'm have to transfer data from previous profile to new profils.

From this point I would like to know why it happen with vista, I'm try to patch data from microsoft. But still not help.

Note For information: In AD I'm use group policy as simple to setup change password, point update wsus, and force change proxy server and hide some icon in control panel.

Please help.

Thank you for your advise.

Sorry I have no other ideas, however if this is happening to multiple Vista machines I would more suspect a server issue. This might be worth a call to Microsoft to help isolate.

We had exactly the same problem which was resloved by adding the following registry entries into GPO.

Add full access to the nt service\dhcp account for the following:
MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\Dhcp
machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\dhcp\configurations
machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\dhcp\parameters

Add full access to everyone account for the following:
machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\tcpip
machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\tcpip\parameters
machine\system\currentcontrolset\services\tcpip\parameters\interfaces
