I don't see the 2 additional NICs in ESXi's interface. I checked here:
F2 (custom config)
Configure Management Network
Network Adapters
-In here I only see my original NIC 10/100

I am running VMW ESXi and installed 2 additional 1GBPS NICs. I look in the ESXi interface but only see 1 NIC (the original one).
How can I get the other 2 to show up as well?

I didn't see it on the HCL which may be the issue.

click on the ESX host->configuration->vswitch ->Networkin g->vswitch properties->Network Adapters-Add
This is if you are looking at the vswitch. Take a look at configuration->network adapters to verify that ESXi actually sees both nics
