Browse All TopicsOne of our clients setup their windows 2003 as RRAS to let inside clients access the Internet. it worked for many years until they changed the ISP. Now, The server and some clients can access Internet, but other are not. all clients get IP from DHCP. The DNS and default gateway are the same for all clients. The Problematic computers can't ping any public IP address. tarcert stops in the server internal IP.
1. I have checked RRAS settings and don't see any problem.
2. The client has panda security software, I tried to disable them by using clean boot.
3. The server doesn't have any firewall on except NAT in RRAS. But there is not filter enable.

could you please post the IPCONFIG /ALL and ROUTE PRINT results of both a workable PC and a problem PC? i speculate it would be useful for diagnosis.
