IP Address sticking on docking station network adaptor

For years my CEO has been running XP alone off the domain. He has three locations that he travels to. His Office, local condo and his home in Arizona. We moved his computer to the domain and he is now using VPN to connect to the network to get his email.

Ever since moving his profile to the domain when ever he comes in to work after connecting this laptop to his condo or home network he can not connect to the work network.

Home is a netgear router and condo is a linksys. Happens with either one.

Tried doing a repair. Fails.
Do Ipconfig and the adaptor has the 192.168 address from this home networks

Tried doing a repair. Fails.
do ipconfig release and renew and then he gets the new address from work.

I have checked all the network settings and I am stumped.
