Configuring RRAS on Win2003 Server

I have a Dell T300 Poweredge with two NIC which I have currently configured to a virtual NIC using teaming. The server is not the gateway so only an internal static IP is configured.

I need to setup remote access for this server so was hoping someone can assist in recommending what i need to do or a setup?

A question that is somewhat related just came to mind ..... I currently use a wireless router as the DG which is connected to LAN. I also simply connect the DC to the LAN, but instead should I be connecting the DC directly to the DG and remove the connection from DG to LAN?
