Hello

I just installed Safenet's Softremote VPN client v. 10.3.5 to a laptop so i'll be able to connect to
the corporate network.I have it working fine to a desktop pc with winxp pro sp3.
Laptop has winxp pro sp2.
I installed the program normally without any errors but when i restarted the pc the icon of vpn  on the right side of the mainbar seems disabled.
I've checked event viewer and the following message appears:
Event Type:      Error
Event Source:      Service Control Manager
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      7001
Date:            4/11/2009
Time:            10:32:31 ¼¼
User:            N/A
Computer:      PRIVE-8B82F9733
Description:
The SafeNet IKE Service service depends on the SafeNet IPSec Plugin service which failed to start because of the following error:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

It seems that some kind of service is not started and prevents safenet's service to start but which one?

Thank you
