Have a look at "AIRSNORT". "Ethereal" also has this possibility I believe.

AirSnort and Ethereal are two different animals.
AirSnort, http://airsnort.shmoo.com/, is used to crack/recover the encryption key to allow you to monitor the traffic.
Ethereal, http://www.ethereal.com/, is a protocol analyzer like Sniffer Pro or tcpdump. Ethereal require you to know the encryption key to be able to sniff. This is the same tool that you would use in a trouble shooting situation on an ethernet.
