SSID is set in Access Point. So i assume you are asking the same thing: SSID
you have a few options to find it out
1. go to Control Panel, and find the icon related to "wireless" (eg. Wireless Link, Prism Settings ), then get into it, you will see SSID
2. if you are running Win9X, goto Control Panel--> Network --> click on the wireless adapter
if you are running WinXP/2K, goto Network Connections --> click on the wireless connection
3. Start--> Programs --> find out the LinkSys Wireless Utility
