I want to send a sms through J2ME. Please give me the details. I have Motorola C350 Mobile with data Suit. I want to write the programs in J2ME. Give some examples or reference sites.

You can't send an SMS from J2ME on a MIDP-1.0 handset (like the C350). SMS is only supported for J2ME with the WMA (Wireless Messaging API), which is normally only available for MIDP-2.0 compliant handsets.

The J2ME Wireless Toolkit (version 2) comes with code examples for using the WMA to send and receive SMSs.
You can send SMS through J2ME if you have a device that supports WMA. I wrote a J2ME application that sends SMS for my nokia 3200 and nokia 3100. These are MIDP-1.0 devices but are WMA compliant

Not all APIs allow you support for AT commands, I know the Siemens TC45 does, but be careful, most don't.
