I do not think that you will find a relatively inexpensive system to do what you are looking for. If you want
relatively inexpensive, you will want to go with a wired solution.
All the Wireless VGA solutions that I have tested under $300 produce a signal of very poor quality. The
solution in the $500 - $1000 range are much better quality, but in your situation, you would require 16 of them.
Can the monitors be grouped & hard wired, so that you require less receivers?
