Question
Mobile Wi-Fi antenna needed for laptop sniffing out networks while on the road
travel some and need good wi-fi antennafor laptop. would like high gain and not too many extra connectors needed to make it work. http://www.cantenna.com/ is one i found with search. all help is appreciated.

I have used a canenna for this while on the road. I modified a tripod and attached a suction cup to it to fasten to the roof of my jeep (accessed through the sunroof WHILE PARKED) and have had no problems with it. I find it much easier to just teather my blackberry for mobile broadband then to worry about violating local laws regarding "stealing wireless"
