Broadcasting wireless signals up to 20 miles away

We have a remote site that is 20 miles away, we would like to broadcast a wireless signal to them. We want data to be transferred at speeds of about at least 45Mbps, however there are residential buildings as well as business offices and schools between our source site and remote site. So security implications are high on our list of priorities for this connection.

Over the internet is too slow at this point, is there any type of wireless devices I can purchase to setup my own wireless network?
