I am not familiar with your unit, however the firmware is available from the Linksys FTP site (assuming newer than your existing firmware):
ftp://ftp.linksys.com/down
To update, usually you extract the zip file, then on the linksys there is a firmware upgrade page, most often under system management. On that page you just browse to the downloaded file and choose update.
In the event that page is not present or it fails, Linksys has a TFTP utility to update the firmware:
ftp://ftp.linksys.com/pub/
