You only need Windows Server 2003 and an access point that supports RADIUS. In order to enable RADIUS you have to add the service from add remove programs > windows components on the server. The service is IAS. You will wan to follow the doc you have linked above for the config if you have not had experience with it before and are using Active Directory. Basically what it boils down to is defining the wireless AP or controller (whichever you have) as a client and setting a shared secret that you will set on the AP when you point it to the IAS server. You will have to define the Users / groups that you want to have access and then define the IAS server on the AP as a AAA server with RADIUS as the communication method. If you would like to post the model of your wireless controller or AP, I may be able to do step by step.
