Browse All TopicsHi,
I am trying to create a custom login page following Ciscos instructions but have hit a wall :( I have created the web pages I want and have packaged them up using tar compression as per cisco's intstructions. I can download the .tar file from my tftp server but keep getting an error when the controller tries to unpack the it. The error is "error extractign webauth files" This is really frustrating as I can't find a log on the switch that will tell me what the issues might be. Any help here is greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Paul

Ok, I know now what I was doing wrong. I was creating a tar file that consisted of \\folder\file.html. The WLC only wants to read the html file, not interested in the folder.
