Browse All TopicsWe have recently install 4 Cisco 5500 Series WLC's. We are trying to setup Windows 2008R2 NPS for radius authentication. In the servers event logs we are constanly recieving this message "A RADIUS message was received from RADIUS client 10.201.1.231 with an invalid authenticator. This is typically caused by mismatched shared secrets. Verify the configuration of the shared secret for the RADIUS client in the Network Policy Server snap-in and the configuration of the network access server." I have verified that the shared secrets are the same on the NPS server and the radius clients. Any thoughts?
