Trying to create 2 seperate networks

I have one dsl modem, 1 netgear 5 port switch, 1 netgear wrt300n and 1 engenius eoc03610-s-ext. I'm trying to have two seperate networks; one is an outdoor antenna for my tennants and one inside just for me.
