Windows 7 : Cannot find drivers for Bluetooth Peripheral Device
I am working with a number of Dell Latitude D630 laptops and a new Windows 7 x64 image. When I deploy the image to the laptop, everything goes well except that there are three devices listed in Device Manager for which there is no driver available.
The Bluetooth radio is listed as a "Generic Bluetooth Radio", below that is the MS Bluetooth Enumerator, then listed below are three Bluetooth Peripheral Devices, their Hardware IDs are:
These laptops all have the Dell Bluetooth 360 module factory installed and even with the three unknown devices, I am able to attach to keyboards, mice, and other HIDs.
Note, I did try updating the Generic Bluetooth Radio through Windows Update and it installs a circa-2006 driver from "CSR, plc" specifically for "Dell Bluetooth 360" and after this, the three unknown devices disappear however, the Dell Bluetooth 360 device will disable itself because the device "reports errors" and attempts to re-enable the device fail.
I'm at the point where I'm going to need to deploy these laptops even with the unknown devices.
Does anyone out there have any ideas? I appreciate any help..
Thanks!

none of these three work. with the first two, the update package runs but it says it can't find the bluetooth module.
the third one is an update from Motorola and I was able to extract the Inno Setup EXE using Universal Extractor. I looked at the INF files it specifically listed the BT 360 module (VEN_413C&DEV_8140) but ... this fails in a completely different way.
when I run the installer, DevMgr updates to show "Dell Bluetooth Module" however then the "Microsoft Bluetooth Enumerator" disappears and then I'm not able to see any Bluetooth devices. I'm guessing this Motorola BT device driver specifically requires the Motorola Bluetooth stack software...? dunno, not an expert here.
I'm now trying to download Win7 x64 Dell Bluetooth software from the support website. It does list the driver and software separately so maybe this might work. fingers crossed.
any other ideas, feedback, etc?
Cheers!

update: tried Motorola "Dell Bluetooth Device" driver with Dell's Bluetooth Software, no luck.
I discovered a Vista x64 driver for this specific BT module, going to try this now.
