I am trying to add a bluetooth device to a recent Win XP installation on an HP laptop.<br />
When I go to Bluetooth configuration -&gt; Accessibility -&gt; Add Device, I get this message:<br />
Bluetooth license check failed. Please make sure that the Bluetooth device is plugged in/<br />
turned on, the device you are using is licensed for this software and that your license has not expired.<br />

When I go to Bluetooth configuration -> Accessibility -> Add Device, I get this message:
