Blocked by DoS protection from 192.168.X.X?

I have a belkin wireless router. Lately I've been experiencing issues where two of my hardwired machines (.2.131 and .2.130) would no longer be able to connect to websites, though other services, using different ports, would work (AIM, email, etc).

I checked my security logs and noticed a bunch of errors like in the title, though they were from local IP's. Pretty much all of them, with the exception of only a couple, were from 192.168.2.2 (my voip adapter) and 192.168.2.3 (my wife's macbook). The two machines mentioned earlier have static IP's. My gateway is .2.1. I do have a couple logged right now but am able to get to the internet. I guess after a while, port 80 just gets shut down (if that happens I simply reboot and its good for a while). Also, I can access other network clients and a couple websites I have running locally on the network. I have port 80 forwarding to my web server.

What would be causing this? So far I turned off pinging but am still getting a couple. I have one from an external IP, but the rest are from the same two .2 and .3 local clients.
