Setting up a Bluetooth Network

Hello Experts,

My problem is almost exactly similar to the problem in the following question:

The only difference is that I want to do some testing on a Bluetooth network before actually obtaining a real IP address from an ISP, so I thought of the following (I still don't know till now why it isn't easy to do): Setting up a Bluetooth private network between my PC (running Windows), and a mobile phone (Nokia 6600) (and probably other more mobiles of this type) in which all devices would have an IP address in which they can contact each other with; I managed to put a private IP address on the PC (in the Bluetooth network), but the connection to this IP address from the phone doesn't seem much easy: I am having a SymbianOS error 4158 at the line at which the connection to the server's address is done in J2ME:

Why do you think the mobile isn't being able to see the PC on the private network??
