How to connect PocketPC 2003 to Palm via Bluetooth

Is there a way to setup a connection between a PocketPC and a Palm device using a Bluetooth connection?  I have an IPAQ rx3715 and a Teungsten T3, I would like to connect the two devices to share files and chat using something like BlueChat.  I know I can use IR to beam files but it's a pain when you don't have line of sight.
