Bluetooth software development in MFC / C++

Does anyone has any idea where to find resources about programming bluetooth dongle. (it uses WIDCOMM driver)..

I want to make an app which connects to my GSM via bluetooth and than I will be able to talk throug my Soundblaster.....

There are samples and help files in the SDKs for WIDCOM.
