Bluetooth and Wndows OS

Hi All,

I have a question oran idea and I hope that someone can help me!!!

The problem is that I am trying to write an application in a mobile phone that connects Windows Operating System XP via Bluetooth. Now, the problem that I do not know how bluetooth can attack Windows Environment.
Lets say that I wanna send events from my mobile phone to the Windows OS ( Events of Key Bad and mouse events .... ) - I hope that some one can give me a clue!!!
