You probably don't have a pre-set Bluetooth PIN (passkey). During pairing, your phone will prompt you to enter a number and your PC will prompt you to enter a number. As long as you enter the same number on both devices, they will successfully pair.

Bluetooth PINs are not like passwords. The PIN is used for a few minutes during pairing and then thrown away. You can (and should) use a different PIN each time. The PIN code is 1-8 bytes long (8-128 bits). However, most devices use PIN sizes of 4 decimal digits. PINs are not stored on either device. The PIN is used to generate a secret key that is stored on both devices. You never see the secret key. If the key is ever lost, you can always re-pair the devices.
Some Bluetooth software will let you store a "default" PIN. I wouldn't recommend doing that, but lots of PC software gives you that option. You may want to look around in the settings on your PC and either disable that option or change the default PIN to something you know.
Some Bluetooth devices come with a factory set PIN. These are typically things like headsets or mice. These devices don't have a keyboard where you could enter a PIN. They typically have some tricky method to initiate pairing. You might have to hold a button down for 10 seconds or something. I have never seen a device with a factory set PIN that is anything other than "0000". I'm not sure why, but somehow that became the defacto standard. In your case, since both devices have keyboards, there is probably no pre-set PIN number.
