Reinstall bluetooth capability

I seem to have uninstalled my blue tooth capability from windows.
I have a dell inspiron 640m
I tried installing the R82522 Driver found on the dell site
but it asks me to turn on my bluetooth at a certain point in installation process.
I have read that the bluetooth support sholuld be a part of my xp sp2 but I think I probably uninstalled it about a year ago, because I am very foolish and thought I would not need it.
There is no bluetooth settig icon in my control panel now
and
There is no bluetooth listed in my device manager now.
How do I bring back support for bluetooth in xp?
Is there someway to reinstall just that part of the xp service pack 2?
