How do I use a bluetooth stereo headset on vista? it's work well on my mobile and ist's already paired and on the list of paired bluetooh devices but no sounds coming trough the speaker or signs of microfone working i would like to use this on skype or just to listen music on windows.

Have you downloaded and installed Service Pack 1 yet? That may correct the problem. With pre-SP1 Vista, there were all sorts of bluetooth problems, as documented on this page (which also includes a workaround):
