I have barcode printing software, printer, and stock. I thought I had mentioned that already. I just need to know how to produce the barcode to pair a device to a device.

Print pairing barcode label
I have a barcode label printer and would like to create a barcode label to pair a symbol bluetooth scanner to a Symbol 5090 device. I can not seem to find any instructions on how to accomplish this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You want the bar code to pair the devices? What exactly is each device? Is the printer one of them or a third piece of hardware?
What is the 5090? Is that the full model number and name? Can you provide a URL to a page with product info?
Pairing bluetooth devices isn't usually done by something that a printed barcode could handle. I am confused by that part of this. Each device usually needs to be in a "listening" mode and then you have one pickup the other. In most cases a code is passed at that point, which you will need, to allow the connection and "pair" the devices. The barcode scanner device might be able to read a printed barcode to get the code if it were printed as a barcode. However scanning wouldn't usually put the device in a mode to pair unless the company made the barcode and the scanner was built to be "triggered" that way. That type of printed barcode isn't something you could just make though.
Let me know if I have misunderstood the devices involved or what you are asking. Please answer the above to clarify what you have and want to do. I hope the details will help to clear up how the bluetooth devices work in case there may be some misunderstanding on that part.

One device is a Symbol VC5090 Windows CE terminal and the other device is a Symbol bluetooth scanner I don't have the model handy right now.

I have found some info related to the pairing via barcode and it states the barcode needs to have LNKB and the bluetooth mac address of the device being paired. I am assuming that in this case it would be the mac address of the VC5090 but I don't know what LNKB represents.

I am not familiar with what LNKB could be either. It isn't an acronym I have seen before working with Bluetooth. It might be specific to the devices. Do you have this barcode? It seems like you might not and need to make it. However do you know the type of bar code and exact details on what it needs to contain or the format? It would seem this barcode would be provided to you (i.e. come with the VC5090) so if it was lost or left out I would contact Symbol to see if they can provide it.
I will be glad to look into LNKB more if you think it is an important part of this but I will need to see where you read it. Is that a public web page you can provide a link to? The context could help or it may provide to not be part of the barcode or bluetooth.

I found the solution to this:
It seems to be specific to Symbol barcode scanners the barcode for pairing a device in B or LNKB (+ the mac address of the device being paired to)
The device has to be in master mode either serial master or HID master
When this barcode is scanned the device by passes the security protocols and creates the device pairing.
