I agree with you. The symptoms do look like a battery problem.
The headset is a little over a year old.
Thanks,

My wife put her Motorola Motopure H12 bluetooth headset into its charger the other day, but it doesn't seem to be charging. The light on the headset stays red/orange (which means "battery low"), and it never turns green (which means "battery charged").
I tried my mine (same model) in the same charger plugged into the same outlet, and it charges perfectly. Therefore, it appears to be specifically her headset (not the charger or the outlet).
Does anyone have any suggestions on what to try?
Thanks in advance!!
