Can't connect Jabra blutooth to iPhone

Not able to connect my blutooth headset to iPhone, Jabra BT4010.

Through general settings on iPhone, it searches but can't find the device.

Here's a quick instruction:

1. Touch Settings (on iPhone)
2. Touch General
3. Touch Bluetooth
4. Ensure Bluetooth is turned On
5. Ensure the BT4010 is turned Off
6. Press and hold the Multifunction button until the Bluetooth icon begins to flash
7. Touch the BT4010 in the list
8. The Passkey for the BT4010 is 0000 (4 zeros)
9. Enter the PIN
10. Touch Connect

You will need to press and hold the answer button on the headset untill you see a flashing bluetooth icon on the LCD. When you see the Icon your headset is ready to be paired with your iPhone. Have the phone search for Bluetooth devices again.

When the iPhone sees the headset you will need to enter the passcode 0000 to finish pairing it to your phone.
