Keep in mind there are quite a few devices without Windows 7 support so don't be surprised. You need to give Dell some time to release a 7 friendly driver. As it seems, it doesn't look like there is one.
Look at at the attached link, there are NO Windows 7 drivers in the drop down lists.

DFU window: "Could not find a compatible bluetooth chip on your system." This is exactly what comes up at the end of a failed Vista 32 driver installation. (for clarification)
