I was using a Motorola Bluetooth headset but decided not to use it anymore. I removed it from the bluetooth devices but I don't have any audio at all now. I don't know where to check from here. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I have a HP Pavilion dv9700 notebook with Vista Home Premium
Try Right Click My Computer > Properties > Device Manager (left side) > Click on "Sound, video and game controllers > Double click the Speaker > Driver Tab > Update Driver.
Make sure under Device Manager the speaker does not occur any Question mark or ! .......
If still cannot, go to Start > Setting > Control Panel OR Start > Control Panel ........... after that, find the "Sound" > Under "Sound Tab" > make sure the sound scheme is set to "Windows Default" > OK
Try go to the HP website to download the bluetooth driver and the sound driver to see whether it helps ..... I guess you uninstall some others driver (sound) where it needs to be used ......
How about if you are just using the headset where just plug into the whole (not bluetooth), does it work ?
>> uninstalling the sound card (finally the cound come out / That solved the problem)
(=..=) .......... First time I heard about that uninstalling the sound card and still can hear the sounds ...... That is impossible that without the sound card then still able to hear the sound ....... or is that you type / explaint wrongly for the last sentence ??
