Establish GPRS Connection without using RAS

My aim is to make GPRS connection programatically. i have successfully connect the Modem using At Commands but how i can assign the computer the assigned IP by Network so that i can browse from the computer easily .

From Articles i got info that i have to implement PPP and some LCP and Autorizattion protocols. i am bit confused how that can happed all using C# because no help i found till now.

Please help me in detail. i am new to modem and GPRS Field.....

I dont want to use RAS API for connection......... i want to make my own connection for my application so that i have more hold on GPRS Connection.
