In principle, yes, if your mobile phone WAP browser can access your web site, then you should be able to download your ringtones etc.

However, AFAIK, midi isn't a format that is recognised by phones. You'll need to convert the midi file into a format that a Nokia understands. I've only come across a few formats for Nokia, including RTTTL (RingTones Text Transfer Language).

The alternative to download over-the-air (OTA) is to use a cable connection between your PC and phone and a software package to do the transfer. I'm not sure what's available, since I haven't done it myself, but I may be able to help if you can't find anything yourself.
